Our Return & Exchange Process
Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to send your return or exchange request to our customer service team.
We’ll review your request and email you within 2 business days with instructions and a return authorization number.
Carefully pack the items in their original condition with all tags attached. Include your return authorization number inside the package.
Mail your package to our return address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective products.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchange Policy
